Pengcheng Outdoor’s dedicated Emergency Relief Table and Chair Set consists of one table and four stools. Both the disaster relief folding table and chairs are foldable. Classified by tabletop materials, there are two types: metal folding tables and plastic folding tables. The tabletop of the metal folding table is assembled from two symmetrical components stamped from cold-rolled steel sheets, forming an integrated openable and closable structure. The table legs are connected to the tabletop using aluminum alloy square tubes, with hinges enabling the legs to fold. The seat surface of the folding stools is made of PVC-coated fabric, and the legs are formed by bending welded steel pipes. When folded, the four stools can be stored inside the table, which then closes up to form an integrated hand-carry case.

1. Production Process of Metal Folding Tables

Tabletop Manufacturing: Cold-rolled steel sheets are cut by CNC laser cutting machines, then stamped into symmetrical components in one pass using a 200-ton hydraulic press. The stamping die precision reaches ±0.1mm, and the edges are processed with a curling technology to ensure safety.

Surface Treatment: Tabletop components undergo nine pre-treatment procedures before entering the automatic powder coating line. Epoxy-polyester powder is cured in a 200℃ oven to form an 80μm-thick protective coating.

Table Leg Processing: Legs are precisely bent by CNC pipe bending machines, and the connection parts are milled by a five-axis machining center to ensure fitting precision. The folding mechanism adopts a combination of 304 stainless steel mandrels and nylon bearings.

2. Production Process of Plastic Folding Tables

Injection Molding: Engineering plastic pellets are melted at 280℃ and injected into precision molds, then held under pressure and cooled to form the main tabletop body. The mold temperature control system ensures product dimensional stability.

Structural Reinforcement: The interior of the tabletop is designed with a mesh-shaped reinforcing rib structure, and metal embedded parts are installed at key load-bearing positions, which are fused with the plastic body through ultrasonic welding.

3. Production Process of Folding Stools

Stool Frame Manufacturing: Welded steel pipes are straightened and then sent to a fully automatic pipe bending production line, with bending angles monitored in real time by photoelectric sensors.
