Pengcheng Outdoor construction tents (also called cotton tents and civil construction tents) mainly include two series: Pengcheng Construction Tent and Sanyou Construction Tent. Designed for practical scenarios such as engineering construction, field operations and emergency support, these tents meet the needs of short-to-medium-and-long-term centralized accommodation and on-site support.
Produced in our proprietary Chinese factories, the products cover the entire manufacturing process including steel structure processing, tarpaulin compounding and finished product inspection. Through systematic design of structural strength, thermal insulation performance and waterproof rating, the tents maintain stable usability in complex environments, making them suitable for alpine, high-temperature, rainy and windy areas.
Pengcheng Outdoor construction tents adopt a high-strength galvanized steel frame structure, combined with multi-layer composite tarpaulin and thermal insulation materials, balancing structural stability and living comfort. The overall design is based on modular assembly, facilitating transportation, rapid erection and later maintenance.
All specifications are available for bulk spot supply. Meanwhile, customization of dimensions, fabric thickness, number of doors and windows, thermal insulation grade and functional configurations can be done according to project requirements.
Among them, the 3×2m Construction Tent is commonly used as a small construction site duty room, temporary office or single/double occupancy unit, and is one of the most frequently used basic models in engineering sites.

The tent frame is made of Q235B carbon steel high-frequency welded pipes with hot-dip galvanizing treatment, effectively improving corrosion resistance. Adopting a plug-in and bolt-fixed combined structure, a single tent can be erected by 4 people within 30 minutes. Both the tarpaulin and frame are standardized components, enabling easy replacement and maintenance in later stages.
